Veal Cordon Bleu Recipe

Ingredients:
**4 thin fillets of beef
**4 slices of cooked ham
**200 g of Gruyere cheese
**Flour
**2 eggs
**Breadcrumbs
**Olive oil
**Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the fillets: Spread the fillets on a board and beat them with a mallet to soften them and leave them flat. Season them to taste on both sides.

2. Fill: Place a slice of cooked ham and a portion of cheese on each fillet. Fold them over themselves, making sure the edges are sealed tightly so the cheese doesn’t come out.

3. Breading: Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and a third with breadcrumbs. Coat each fillet first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

4. Frying: Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the breaded fillets until they are golden brown on both sides. Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

5. Serving Serve hot and enjoy this delicious dish that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
